Kim Hlobik, vice president, Millennium Lighthouse®, is responsible for Millennium Lighthousesolution development and delivery, as well as helping clients utilize their Cerner Millennium® investment toward continuous process improvement.
Hlobik joined Cerner in August 2000. Her previous roles include vice president, Healthe™ Exchange where she implemented a company-wide health plan administration within five months. Hlobik also was managing director of the Critical Care organization where she was responsible for business development of INet®, APACHE® and Critical Outcomes. Prior to that, she was senior manager of Health Sentry® where she was responsible for driving critical client mass for Health Facts® and HealthSentry, including expanding the reach of HealthSentry, which was rolled-out statewide in Missouri in April 2003.
Prior to joining Cerner, Hlobik attended Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University where she earned a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on strategy, marketing and health services management. Between undergraduate school and graduate school, Hlobik was a physical therapist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Oklahoma.
