The CHC All Inclusive package ($1,000 per person) includes registration plus a three (3) night stay at the Hyatt Regency or Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, MO., participating partners in this promotion. *The Client is responsible for all travel and related expenses including airport transfers, additional hotel nights and services required, room services and gratuities for associates to attend/participate in CHC 2009.
