Personal Health Record and Electronic Medical Record
Healthe Connections provides patients a secure location to store health information for their entire family, including allergies, immunizations, medical conditions, medications and procedures. Lab test results can even be added to the record with an easy click of the mouse.

Patients can also grant health professionals and family members access to their online information. In addition to managing their personal health record, individuals may also view certain parts of their electronic medical record, empowering them to take a more active interest in their care.
