As the lead marketing partner for Cerner in the Middle East and Africa, Vivian Gendy manages the marketing and communications strategy, aligning with management and sales objectives.
Vivian drives all aspects of integrated client marketing campaigns and brand awareness, including Cerner and industry events, digital communication, content marketing and media relations.
Since joining Cerner in 2011, Vivian has established virtual and physical Collaboration Forums in the region, allowing Cerner, clients and partners to engage, share best practices and network. In addition, she has explored innovative ways to externally and internally publicize various value stories together with clients through industry awards, tradeshows, Cerner-sponsored events, public relations, social media and newsletters.
During her time at Cerner, Vivian has successfully planned and executed various content marketing and communication strategies to establish Cerner as a market thought leader in the region. She has also grown the company’s digital presence, including regional website and social media.
Prior to joining Cerner, Vivian worked for multinational public relations agencies, handling regional B2B client accounts in various verticals.
Vivian is a graduate of the American University in Cairo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing.
