Achieving acute and ambulatory HIMSS Stage 7 recognition

Our HIMSS Stage 7 journey started a few years ago with the completion of our EHR roll out in August of 2010. This was a huge organizational effort and we used the Stages as guidance for best practices as we continued to optimize our use of the system. We achieved Stage 7 for acute care in August 2012.
