    Component 4 – Patient contact tracking | Patient Contact List

    The IS-H patient contact list presents a case-related list of movements of other cases for both inpatient and outpatient cases, as well as persons assigned, in IS-H and i.s.h.med® tables.

    For inpatient cases,

  • simultaneous inpatient stays in the same department, care unit, or room
  • simultaneous stays in the same outpatient clinic / service facility and treatment rooms
    • are displayed.

    For outpatient cases, simultaneous stays in the same outpatient clinic / service department and treatment rooms are displayed.

    In case of outpatient visits, the time period, in which visits should be taken into account, can be entered as a selection criterion.

    The patient contacts are listed in ALV format and can also be saved as an Excel spreadsheet, for example.

    In addition to the case and stay-related data, the following data can also be displayed:

    • Address data incl. telephone number of the patient
    • Data concerning relatives

    Employees, who are involved in the treatment of the case, are displayed with the contact date, title, name, first name, telephone number, physician indicator and name of the IS-H or i.s.h.med table.
