It was made official on 1 February: Cerner Health Services’ Managed Services department is the first dedicated health IT provider to receive an official Run SAP Partner certificate.

Clients can be assured that Cerner’s experts have profound knowledge of Solution Manager as a Managed Service (SMaaMS) and can offer standardized services from the cloud at competitive prices. The service is primarily intended for small- and medium-sized i.s.h.med^® clients who have not implemented the SAP Solution Manager.

In this full-service hosting scenario, clients benefit from expert qualification and increased operational efficiency due to Cerner’s best practices. Furthermore, it is not necessary to purchase any hardware or software for the SAP Solution Manager implementation at the client site. Since Cerner periodically provides standardized service reports of the clinical i.s.h.med system, the clients’ employees can use time saved for activities with a higher priority.
