Cor Rumping

As a General Manager for the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), Cor is responsible for Cerner business in this region including Cerner’s solutions for EMR, Device Connectivity and Population Health Management.

In his role, Cor impacts the future of the company by creating and driving the market strategy to ensure that Cerner’s unique story resonates in the current and new client base.

Cor is an advocate for bringing high-end health care information technology to the Benelux region and market. Specifically, providing Cerner’s advanced population health management solutions to change the way health care is delivered in a more value- based way with more focus on prevention and health benefits for patients and citizens.

Cor brings more than 20 years in health care information technology and the objective to optimize health care to his role. In February 2015, Cor joined Cerner with the Siemens Health Services acquisition. Prior to his role, Cor worked at Siemens Healthcare Netherlands as a Director.

Cor worked for Shared Medical Systems in 1995. He joined Siemens in 2000 preparing the market for the Siemens electronic medical record. Cor switched to iSOFT as Head Product Management and Development for the Netherlands, being responsible for a broad portfolio and a local research and development group of 120 employees in the area of HIS/EMR, GP, Pharmacy, XDS-infrastructures, Portal, Lab and RIS in 2009.

Cor received his education in information science in health care.
