CareTracker helps thousands of long-term care facilities improve the quality of their care, reduce risk and increase reimbursement. As the information is entered, CareTracker’s Clinical Intelligence tools constantly scan for changes in resident conditions.
Cerner Long-Term Care offers hour-long demos that are great introductory sessions to our solutions. The demo is an opportunity to speak with a project manager who can help answer any questions you might have. These sessions are open to everyone.
