Thank you for attending the 2005 Cerner Health Care Leadership Forum (HCLF). We are very pleased that you were able to join us.

Our goal is to continuously improve HCLF each year to better suit your needs. In order to help us accomplish this goal, please take a few minutes to complete our anonymous survey. Your responses will ensure that we plan HCLF 2006 to meet your personal and business objectives.
