Senior Vice President, Client Relationships
As the senior vice president of Client Relationships, John Peterzalek is responsible for business development, technology implementation and support service for more than 400 clients in 25 countries.
He aligns client goals with the appropriate technology solutions and has been instrumental in delivering value to clients around the world.
John joined Cerner in 2003 and has held a variety of business and client leadership roles. Most recently, John was responsible for Cerner Atlantic, serving clients in the eastern United States, Europe and in the Middle East.
Prior to joining Cerner, he spent 13 years with Perot Systems Healthcare Industry Group. As a senior executive, he was responsible for several business units and large client relationships.
During his time at Cerner, John has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in technology and software support with an emphasis on health care informatics.
John is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has a bachelor’s degree in geography with a concentration in computer cartography. Furthering his education, he completed post-graduate coursework at Rockhurst University.
