Mark Erceg

Mark Erceg

As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Mark Erceg has executive responsibility for Cerner’s global financial operations, with oversight of accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax and investor relations.

Prior to joining Cerner in 2021, Erceg spent 25 years in multi-dimensional financial leadership roles, with more than 10 of those years as the CFO of three different publicly-held companies. After 18 years serving in a variety of finance, strategy and operational leadership roles at Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG), Mark had three successive CFO roles at Masonite International Corporation (NYSE: DOOR), Canadian Pacific Railway (NYSE: CP), and Tiffany & Company (NYSE: TIF), where he developed deep functional expertise and technical knowledge in all aspects of corporate finance.

Throughout his career, Mark has demonstrated the ability to work for multi-billion-dollar organizations by leading operational transformation initiatives across complex global businesses, developing and executing strategic plans, and negotiating and integrating acquisitions.

As CFO, Mark brings significant experiences in global and operational finance that can help unlock more value for Cerner shareholders. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
